Real-world applications and success stories from our clients

Industrial Models / Exhibition Displays

China National Petroleum Corporation

Challenge: Challenges of high-precision integration of miniature industrial equipment in large-scale scenarios. The model needs to integrate a vast array of complex miniature industrial devices, and traditional methods struggle to ensure uniform precision, detail sharpness, and assembly fit for all components, failing to meet the high demands for realism in detail and structure.

Solution: Solution: Utilizing SLA/DLP high-precision resin 3D printing ($50\mu \text{m}$ accuracy). We achieved high-fidelity reproduction of complex industrial details, ensured precise integration of large scenes via modular printing, and significantly boosted production efficiency.

Utilizing high-resolution 3D printing technology, we provide China National Petroleum Corporation with a comprehensive solution ranging from complex industrial equipment models to large oil and gas field sand tables. This ensures that the sand table models meet high-quality standards in both large scene integration and miniature detail presentation, perfectly serving the company's display needs.

Automotive Design / Auto Show Display

Concept car model produced by GAC Milan Auto Show.

Challenge: Large, futuristic models demanded extreme precision and high surface quality that traditional methods could not achieve for core auto show exhibits.

Solution: Utilizing SLA/DLP high-precision resin 3D printing ($50\mu \text{m}$ accuracy). We achieved high-fidelity replication of complex concept car details and ensured museum-quality surface finish through segmented printing and polishing, accelerating the prototyping process.

Utilizing high-resolution 3D printing technology, we provided GAC Design Institute with a comprehensive solution from high-precision concept car models to final exhibition displays. This ensures that all exhibits, including core models and auxiliary components, achieve perfect presentation of quality and design details on the international stage of the Milan Auto Show.

Cultural & Creative Industry

3D Printing Empowers Mass Production of Cultural and Creative Products

Challenge: High-precision details are difficult to replicate at scale: The rich and intricate details in the image, such as the headdress (feathers, beads) and facial expressions, are extremely fine. Although traditional silicone molding can achieve mass production, it often loses the delicate textures and sharpness during the mold-making phase, especially with larger-sized products.

Solution: After the designer completed the 3D digital modeling, we used high-precision resin for printing. The print accuracy reached up to $50\ \mu m$, perfectly capturing and restoring all the intricate details from the original design, such as the character's skin texture, the layering of the feathers, and the beadwork on the accessories.

We utilized high-resolution 3D printing technology (such as DLP/SLA) to provide the client with a complete solution, ranging from initial prototyping to the final mold master. This included high-precision digital modeling and printing, producing a perfect 'master mold' for subsequent mass casting, rapid sample creation, and multi-size verification.

Robotics

Humanoid Robot Prototype Rapid Iteration

Challenge: The precise structures of humanoid robots (such as joints and torsos) require rapid, multi-round design iterations and functional testing. However, conventional manufacturing methods (CNC/molding) have long lead times and high costs, severely restricting the speed of R&D.

Solution: Utilizing SLA and 3D printing technologies to rapidly produce high-precision, high-surface-quality robotic prototype parts for the client.

3D printing accelerates the development of humanoid robot prototypes.
